I wish the "mostly represented as a consequence" was more clear. It sounded more like a punishment for the player, not just the result of the depravity route. I know how to get there but it's difficult for me to explain.
Anything that helps is fine.
First choice - pick "Let's visit a cafe" to enter the depravity path.
Second - Pick "I'll be fine on my own" to turn down Nadya's offer.
